The Inspire Pro website has examples of detailed fantasy style artwork, so I know it is technically possible to control this app. I started with a simple landscape to see if I could start to feel more comfortable with the brushes. This confirmed my suspicion that I will need practice on this tool.
Continuing my experiment, I thought I’d try to loosen up and go with the wildness the tools have. I still feel like I have no control, and I’m not able to get the type of marks I am looking for when I am making them. Not that it’s always bad, I just need to figure out how to balance the control and unpredictability. Or practice a lot more so I can control them.
