Back in February I wrote a series of posts about my entry in the Sketchbook Project for 2011. The books have been touring around the country, and now many of them are available digitally. There is an interesting interface that allows you to flip through the pages and see how the stories unfold.
Each sketchbook is created around a theme. Mine is Secret Codes. It was a stretch project for me– and my book is very much a journal of working with challenges in concept as well as pushing the limits of the paper and media. Many of the other artists created incredible works of art.
It’s worth both touring around the digital library, and joining in the Sketchbook Project for 2012. I’m really excited to see the 2012 tour is coming to Portland.

Dear Christine,
I remember your posts very well: your efforts to keep the deadline and your efforts to deliver art your way.
It is great that the result will be kept virtually!!!
I am happy for you,
best,
Annette
